A conditioning sports course focusing on physical training abilities and reinforcing regular movement habits.
A final sports program designed for children aged 8 to 11, aimed at maintaining their fitness in a non-pressured and playful way through experiential conditioning and helping them establish regular movement habits. The program is also suitable as a supplement to training in specific sports.
The sessions, led by two coaches, include versatile movement games, technical exercises, and preparation for 7 physical abilities, structured as a fun circuit training. The training plan, tailored to the children’s age and fitness level, was developed in collaboration with experts from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University.
Throughout the program, children collect motivational stickers in their game plans and can look forward to seeing the popular mascot, Max the Monkey.
