Conditions of the Gymnathlon Sports Program
Who is organizing the program:
The program is organized by SportAnalytik Ltd, 18/5, L. Graham Street, Sliema SLM 1712, Malta, Company Registration No C79770 (hereinafter referred to as "Gymnathlon"), a sports organisation that provides facilities, coaches, recruits children, and manages the organization and operation of individual sports training sessions as well as the entire Gymnathlon sports program.
Who is the program intended for:
Gymnathlon is intended for children aged 2.5–11 years and includes four main programs: Baby, Junior, SportMix, and Active, as well as supplementary programs Camp and Analytic. The condition for participation is appropriate health and developmental readiness of the child. We recommend that parents (legal guardians) consult with a pediatrician before registration. Gymnathlon provides parents with information about the program's nature, physical and other prerequisites required for the child's participation. However, parents know their child best and can request a doctor's recommendation if needed.
How to register:
Because we care about building a sports community that creates a positive environment for children's sports and development, participation in Gymnathlon's core programs requires the payment of a registration fee, the amount of which is stated in the application form. Parents (legal guardians) can register their child on the Gymnathlon website via an online form. By submitting the application, the parent confirms its binding nature and agrees to the organisations terms and conditions. Gymnathlon will then confirm via email whether there is a spot available for the child at the desired time and location. The application becomes binding upon payment of the fee. Applications for supplementary programs such as Camp and Analytic are also available on the Gymnathlon website.
The application becomes binding upon payment of the fee. Applications for supplementary programs such as Camp and Analytic are also available on the Gymnathlon website. However, registration for these one-time events does not make the child a member of the association.
For how long:
The core programs Baby, Junior, SportMix, and Active are conducted as annual courses with regular weekly training sessions (excluding school holidays, public holidays, or non-working days). The supplementary programs include week-long camps (Camp) or half-day sports events (SportAnalytik).
How much does it cost:
The specific registrtation fee for the core programs Baby, Junior, SportMix, and Active is listed in the registration form on www.gymnathlon.com.mt. This fee covers the costs incurred by Gymnathlon for organizing the program at the specified location and time.
The prices for the supplementary programs Camp and Analytic are also available in the registration form on www.gymnathlon.com.mt.

Who is responsible for what:
Gymnathlon is responsible for the organization of the programs, the quality of the training, and the professional guidance of the children by the coaches. During the training, i.e., from the moment the child is handed over to the coach until the child is handed back to the parent (legal guardian), Gymnathlon ensures supervision over the child. The presence of parents (or other accompanying persons) during the training is not recommended in the interest of the children's concentration, but may be exceptionally allowed after prior agreement with the head coach.
Parents (legal guardians) are responsible for:
- Providing truthful and accurate information in the application (especially regarding the child's age),
- Ensuring timely handover of the child to the coach before the exercise begins,
- Ensuring timely pickup of the child after the exercise,
- Ensuring that the child meets the physical and health requirements for participation in the program.
If the child does not meet the necessary requirements, Gymnathlon may decide not to admit the child to the program or exclude the child from a specific exercise, even during its course. We thank you for your consideration, which helps protect all the children participating in the program.
Parents are required to be reachable by mobile phone listed in the registration form during the exercise, so they can be contacted if necessary.
