Information on the processing of personal data

Personal data is processed for the purpose of maintaining a list of members of the sports programs and for necessary communication with the participant in the Gymnathlon sports program and their legal guardians, as well as for documenting the organisatipon's activities, including taking photographs or audio and video recordings (videos) from the sports program, for the duration of registration and participation in the Gymnathlon program. The data subject has the right to request access to personal data relating to them, to rectify or erase it in the case of registration termination, or to restrict processing. They also have the right to object to processing and the right to data portability, under conditions established by applicable legal regulations. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent, if the processing is based on their consent. The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. The maintenance of the participants' list is governed by the Civil Code and the organisation's terms and condiotions in accordance with it.
